Is the second profile raised or below the surface of the original? From the pictures, it sure looks raised. And I don't think lamination issue... I am not familiar w/ Austrailian coins at all. Is there a larger Australian coin that has the same size potrait as the second profile?

its raised up you can see two mouths and 2 nose if I give it a clean would that help I can wash it with silvo mum said

The second strike portrait is larger than the original. Is this coin the equivalent to a US dime or quarter?
