For your viewing pleasure (for sale, not by me). According to PCGS it has a population of 3 with a value of $15. According to the listing, the value is $300 (OBO, of course!)

This seller has had it listed several times for $300. As you can see he still has it. I can think of more than one AG03 commem that I would pay $300 but not this one.

I remember finding a Columbian in a roll in the early 1960s, but it was much better shape. This one must be a NYC coin, or perhaps a pocket-piece.

This is a nice looking circulated commemorative ... and will never sell at anything near $300.

This is a common classic silver commemorative to find in circulated condition ... surely thousands of them exist XF or lower.

There are in fact 5 total PCGS certified 1892 Columbian graded lower than this one.

Indeed ... show me an AG03 Spanish Trail and watch how many $$$ that will bring in.

Thanks CoinsKelly for sharing this one with us.

Very true. I got a giggle out of the price. The same way I get a giggle when I see a rare 1893 Columbian in AU (scrubbed to be while, of course) for the low price of $49.95.
