I'd just like to say thank you to all you guys & gals who were in the know for keeping the rest of us updated and, particularly, for the suggestion to try ordering from the website last night after midnight EST. I read that suggestion just before 11:00 my time (I'm in Winnipeg, on Central Time), so I thought "what the heck, might as well give it a shot". Had I waited until this morning, I might have been on the outside looking in. Most appreciated! (Mind you, I only ordered it. Time will tell if they actually materialize! hahaha)

Phone only is normal.
What I think is happening is that they reach a certain stock level then they divide it up between online and phone orders. Once one side is sold out, it goes into awaiting stock. That's why it is possible to see awaiting stock go back to in stock. Now for phone only, it means that there will not be another restock of online orders. Basically, the available stock is so thin, that there's no point to go back online.
This is all speculation and pieces I have placed together after speaking with many reps. Just a theory.

do you think the singles will sell just as well as the subscription? to me, the box and the duck call are HUGE draws and the singles just look like average coins to me. When it's all together though, it looks like a mighty fine set.

When it is phone only, that means it is almost out of stock. It will soon say sold out.

I called in about 1hr ago and Cedric told me both were sold out. This coin prove to be a hot one.
Now it's secondary market & dealers watching time....

Just called - the lady on the phone said the case will most likely ship with the last/third coin NEXT YEAR...

We may have to wait 9 months or up to 21 months I guess (next year, 2014 has 12 months...)

Well that explains why Gatewest is charging up front for all 3 coins and not shipping until everything is completed. I wonder what Gatewest is doing with the 1/2oz O Canada
Subscription now that they charge you for the first 3 coins and send you the box.
