if you only have $150, which coin would you buy? Butterfly or grandma Mask?

I bet you would buy the glass coin

I thinkkkk I'm leaning towards grandma Mask for the simple reason I don't have the lady bug or the bumble bee and it is way to expensive to complete that series. And I really like the look of the grandma moon... loved 'the sun' coin when it came out but was never able to find one for issue price at the time

If I had one of the other glass coins maybe but if I do not have bug series I would take the mask

I would take the mask as well because I find it interesting, I'm not a bug fan.

The bumble bee is currently running at around $250 on ebay, while the lady bug is $700-$800 range the last time I checked..... Anyone think that this series will have similar trend as the Mongolia 500-Toro series? Meaning retail price will jump as more coins release until it reach equilibrium (ie: The first few coins will continue to climb to a certain level and stop, let say at around 3x-5x issue price, while new release will slowly climb in price, and when newer release came out, they will reach equilibrium price of around 3x-5x issue price too).

agree with above, with personalized correction:

...not a glass bug fan (the Mantis coin was nice)

To SA4H:

Yes, I think this is the trend.
The important difference: I do not recall that the 2-nd, 3-rd and 4-th coins in Mongolian series were officially distributed by the Mint, but by the resellers directly, were the start price was EUR 150 - 200.

I'm in on the bug first...only because it will be highly sought after to complete the set of 3, IF as mentioned in other threads it is the last of the series.

Do you not think that the entire duck series with the box and duck call would command a huge profit?

I am certainly hoping so! On another note, does anyone think the next coins (Wood Duck & Pintail) in the series will have a higher initial price than the Mallard has?
