They do not give you cash for 20/20 garenteed... They probably don't have more then 200 in the till anyways.. So the real story is they let you use it as cash, to purchase coins! It is easy for them to shuffle around if the one you go to doesn't have it in stock. You can always ask if the one closest to you ordered it in. That they will know right now.
