i have gone through close to 400 boxes of pennies and have found;
22 2006 no p no logo magnetic,
2 2006 p magnetic
5 1985 pointed 5
1 - 1853 six pence
5 indian head
7 early canadian (between 1920 - 1936)
1 blank penny
1 clipped penny
lots of wheats 1909 and up
lots canada 40's - 50's
plus a few buttons and washers and some real nasty pennies I think I would rather not know what was on them!
i have not checked for any other varieties yet as I have 35 more boxes to search then I will sort all my "keepers"
i would be really interested to see your finds,,especially your 2006 no p no logo magnetics

That is a very interesting statistical sample. I have great admiration for your patience and your fortitude! I am actually surprised that Indian heads and Geo V are as common as your 85 pointed.

i dont know how to "quote" a response but to nicklesearcher: I dont know how many of certain coins I have found yet until I sort through them, if this helps I have a 2 kg jar of peanut butter plus a sandwich sized ziplock baggie full of all the coins I keep. I only keep 1952 and back except for 2005p 1965 1953 1955or any high BU. I would guess all these would weigh about 20 - 25 lbs
