Eric Valued Member Australia 222 Posts	Posted 07/26/2016 6:17 pm I don't want to dismiss (legitimate) concerns about fake coins (of which we should always be vigilant), but worrying about fake coins in real or fake PCGS holders is like worrying about getting a fake $100 bill from the bank. It can happen, but is so unlikely that you're better off not losing sleep over it. In the last ten years, I have seen: 1) Zero fake Australian coins in real PCGS holders, 2) One (very) fake Australian coin in a (very) fake PCGS holder, 3) Two fake Australian coins in genuine NGC holders; and, 4) And no fake Australian coins in fake NGC holders. This is three spurious items out of thousands and thousands of Australian coins in PCGS and NGC holders out there, so it's hardly a concern (at the moment). Eric PS: agent86 is one of the good guys.
