Hi welcome to the forums. Now a grade it looks aUNC but better pictures (not from an angle) will provide a better idea on its grade

My best guess is VF/XF without more detailed photos. His ear is worn to where it's blending with his head. The beard looks flat like it has lost some of the detail. Can't say for sure without better pictures. From what I have seen, these coins tend to show their wear more on the obverse than the reverse and that's what defines their grade.

Here's a good example of that on an XF45 graded coin for sale. The reverse crown and small shield only show some wear, but not to the point of actually removing any detail. The other places it they seem to lose detail first are on the wreath around the birds neck, it's feet, and the tops of the bird's wings.
