Giving a price is always conjectural. If you are wanting to buy it, its price is what the coin may mean to you.
The same is if you are selling it, what it means to the potential buyer.

My local coin dealer friend said this was a fake with shoe polish for patina. I returned the coin to the eBayer in Israel. The said they'd give a refund which is nice.
