Only the first 30 days of shipping. When the mint ships them is what counts not their sale period

Are you sure about that ? What qualifies more for the thirty day window, than coins that were only available for thirty days ?

So if the postage machine at the mint is broken for the month of Jan. then there is no "First Strike" bullion slabs for that year?

No beacause the packing slip would indicat it was packed before that. Perhaps, I'm not 100% about that. I a bought a First Strike Coin, thinking it was just that. Upon further research, I became outraged when I discovered the real meaning. Oh well,. Wont buy another label ever. I still have a PF70 DCAM coin now for $10 bucks. I'm happy

For this if I remember the clock started 30 days after sales. They adjust their time frame somewhat depending on if the mints having shipping issues. Basically theyll give a cutoff date though that is usually about 30 days after sales ended or 30 days after they start shipping.

For instance last years set if you ordered at the start and got yours in the first shipment then it was FS eligible. If you ordered on the last day and got your coins in October it wasnt
