First is off centre... nice one. Second looks like a Dryer Coin... PMD or post mint damage.

First coin is off Center strike. Would have more of a premium if the entire Date was on the coin.
The 2nd one is a broad strike error. It was struck Outside the collar making it appear larger with a smushed outer rim.
