Hi I recently bought this 1909 VDB penny for $5 from somebody. I believe there might be an error stamped on the front right below and between the 9 and the 0. I cant tell but it looks like an xtra 0 might have been stamped. Can anybody help me with this. Thank you so much!

I do not think anyone will be able to give you their thoughts from that photo. A much closer photo of the area in question is needed.

I enlarged the picture and believe it is PMD... looks like it may have been punched/hit causing a depression and raised rim

Maybe someone was trying to fake the first 1999 vdb wheat back cent maybe or maybe not lol
