No way to tell what marks are on the capsule and what marks are on the coin. Further, there is no way to distinguish between an MS68,69,or 70 from a picture. It is difficult enough to it with the coin in hand. Like we discussed before, there really is no downside to sending it in. You got the steal of a lifetime on this coin, and for another $25 grading fee, you can add another $200-$300 to that steal. Im not a member of pcgs or ngc so I would first have to join then it would be another $40-$50 since I only have 1 coin plus shipping. Not sure if I want to go through the trouble.
