TIF- unfortunately I don't have a link to info. Consider this an educated guess, I had to know Martins guess was not it. Once the clue was given that this was indeed a personification and not a god to persay, the "I" sealed it. I am familiar with the Roman provinces and the style looked 3rd century, so I also guessed it was a "restoration" so now I knew the guess was concrete.
