When the 55 double die was discovered people were giving them away at the time coin collectors considered them as an oddity and did not consider them as a collector coin and then the 72 came out and collectors said there wasn't the spread that they had seen with the 55 that you did not need to magnify the 55 like you have to do with the 72. This is just what I would do and would never suggest for you to do. I would go ahead and have it encapsulated for today would be cheaper I am sure than twenty years from now. I would hold on to it for about twenty to thirty years from now. Depending upon my age at the time. Then I would proceed to see what is the attitude of the collecting community at that time.
