They do not look right to me.

In fact I'm sure I can see C for copy.

On the larger coin its got 2 small letter near the circles in different areas with a 's' and 'm'

We see those letters, too. They're the marks of a replica-maker.

They're only on one of the coins so are they both reproductions or just the bigger one?

They are both reproductions. They look like pewter casts where the originals were hammered silver.
