man, I got another $5 today I found like 20-25 wheats. I'm just not sure what to do with them to get the most value out of them

Sounds to me like you're in this for the money rather than the hobby, which is fine. IMO, you should switch to halves and dollars and take the silver return and call it a win, or keep searching pennies for the big time lottery ticket finds that exist. Trying to hoard and sell copper and wheats will soon prove more trouble than its worth.
