Am looking to sell most of my banknote collection and am wondering what is the best way to do it

Do I sell to a Dealer or do I sell via Auction (am not interested in ebay)?

Feedback very much appreciated particularly on possible Dealers or Auctioneers in Australia

well it all depends what you have to sell I wouldnt go to an auction house or a dealer with bills worth under 100 dollars they just wont give you enough if you have thousands I would say go to an auction house thy may be able to get you better prices then most dealers would pay !!

I do not know where you are in Australia but there are chapters of the International Bank Note Society in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne. Go to the IBNS website, look up when the chapters meet and discuss it with them.

You could try and put a few up on the CCF Auction site to see if there are any nibbles.
