I never heard back from the seller. The 4 highest bidders were contacted by various people, so a 2nd chance offer will be out of the question for the seller.

Once again, ebay showed their true colors and never responded to any of the multiple reports sent to them. The ANA's response is that violations can be reported to ebay. Since my email to the ANA explained that ebay is not responding to reports, they obviously didn't even take the time to read my email.

I think it's time to let my membership lapse. Membership in the ANA is obviously a joke and I could spend that money elsewhere.

Thanks Zak, I am old school and never liked to do business with anyone I am not standing in front of so I can see their eyes. That is why I wont buy a dimes worth of anything off of ebay. I mostly read here and seldom post but like to chime in when something like this comes to light. Someone once said, " a person never learns anything when they are doing the talking". I am getting some edgeamacation here. Thanks again.
