Looked more like a full red in the first set of photos I can tell it's indeed a RB designation in the whole slab.

That's an RPD alright--and one of the more interesting ones! It resembles the S-3 in my book  Did you get that unattributed? Either way, beautiful coin! Edited by DVCollector
