i used a 1" drum sander and just angled the piece with the holes in it to sand out a notch, practice on a scrap piece of wood first, it is pretty easy to do..

and the 15 count was just a guess, ..

Yes...but the round caps sit nicely cause of the angle of the easel's...there the one's you can get from Canadian coins

Yes, correct.
Since I also have the CC&C cases , wanted to confirm.

Strange that no manufacturer makes the same quality case for round capsules (with glass top or without), for 38mm or other sizes coins.(there are not a few on ebay or AirTites.com , but the quality is not the same)

@silveroid:there is a nicely made mahogany glass lid with a foam insert you can get...do you know where just to buy the foam insert ....then It would be easy to change out the inserts...and cut your own to fit your coins
