AgCoinAu Pillar of the Community Canada 3049 Posts	Posted 07/28/2013 2:08 pm I would suggest that you get the coin graded... or leave it up to the buyer to grade themselves. It gives them less reason to return the coin after the sale. As it gets you off the hook for a potential mis-grade. From the photos you have posted the impressions look good and the fields are full, but this is such a common coin that I don't believe you should expect getting more than a bit above spot ... really unless it was ms-65 or greater I don't think it would even validate you sending it off to get graded...(I personally don't think this is a ms 65 coin) Report this Post to the Staff
GaryN Valued Member Canada 293 Posts	Posted 08/22/2013 3:43 pm If you haven't sold it yet, I'd advertise it as a MS60+ and let the buyer decide from there. I always grade my coins and put my opinion on ebay. I've never had a single problem yet.(although I'm sure I will someday). Grading a coin is part of the fun of coin collecting, so don't be afraid of getting your feet wet. Thanks for the oppourtunity to grade. Report this Post to the Staff
