I put my money on it is a wavy 2

Folks, photography lighting plays a big part

I have photographed/scanned several wavy 2's and I must admit, in some photos due to lighting the wave in the line is hard to pick

Hope this helps

All the wavys I have seen have a "wavy" 2, but are also characterised by the kink in the wave above the bottom of the 2 (same as OP's). I have several 1966 20c, some of the 2's look a little odd, but none share this characteristic, so I assume they are not a wavy.

This one is definitely NOT a wavy, but the seller is not convinced!

Doesn't look like a wavy, and it didn't sell, don't think anyone was convinced that it was!

I needed money for rego so I put mine up on ebay at a starting bid of 99 cents. It's going well so far.
Apologies for the lighting in the first shot. I haven't done coin photography before so there was some trial and error required to get rid of light reflecting off the coin.

Congratulations on such a great find juzzyb

With your ebay listing put "20c" in there somewhere if you can, as it took me quite a while to find the listing.

At the moment searches like:

wavy 20c
1966 20c
curved 20c

won't find it ...........
