I think it would grade EF-40 or 45, the scratches near the face would bring it down.

I think mine is in obviously better condition than these 2 coins, I wonder if it can get AU.
The "scratches" on the face isn't sign of wear. European coins of this period often have it, as they were "tooled" in mint to lower their weight a bit. It isn't considered as damage, many PCGS/NGC MS graded coins have it.
