I found a couple of quarters with possible errors; can anyone tell me what kind of error these are, if any?

1)1967 with raised specs on edge (obverse).

2)1994P with possible DD on "IN GOD WE TRUST", 1994, and P on the (obverse) side and the (reverse) side some DD on eagles beak and some on olive leafs.

Looks like real doubling, but I am not an expert.

Thanks for the input. What do you think the grade and value would be on my 1994-P Quarter?

ON #2 the 9 and the Mint Mark look like Machine Doubling to me. The Motto doesn't look doubled from what I can see in the pictures but better pictures would help.

Is there any value in Machine Doubling coins? It is so hard as a newbie to tell the difference between the types of Doubling's.

I agree with Jayman, the doubling looks flat and shelf like. Classic sign of MD. Machine Doubling does not add a premium to the value of the coin. And thanks to Jayman, Coop, and many others, I am now aware of this too. Really wish there was a premium for MD coins.

As for grading the 94, I'm gonna take a shot at XF45. I am no pro for certain but I am learning. Any one else have a grade on the 94, just so I can see how I compare?

I'm thinking a bit higher. Possible AU-55?
