With lighter pictures could be a VF-25.. but does look like it may have had a cleaning.

The color is off. Looks like an old cleaning that is starting to retone.

If you look at old copper coins, you can get a sense of how they typically tone. They usually go red to brown. Yours shows some green in it, which is likely a result of the coin being cleaned at some point (possibly an acetone bath)
