Mine was the CPG, 4th ED., vol 1. Ordered the Vol. 2 when it became available. In the meantime, joined Coppercoins.com 10,000 photos+, with marker photos!

I have many reference books but my hands down favorite is "Walter Breen's Complete Encyclopedia of U.S. and Colonial Coins". There is so much information within that it comes in handy all the time! I like pretty much anything that Q. David Bowers writes so this really was a tough question. Mike

I like the Breen encyclopedias or...
maybe it is my Hibler Kappen So-Called dollar book or...
I do use the Offical Coin Grading and Counterfeit Detection book by PCGS alot...
ugh, that RedBook sure is nice...
