On one of my current live CCF auctions, someone with less than 50 posts was able to place a bid, knocking out a qualified buyer. Do the auctions not automatically auto enforce the forum rules? Can you remove a bidder? He has already contacted me (after bidding) stating he can not comply with my auction terms for payment.

This was a unique situation.

The limits are automatically enforced. This user was automatically locked by the forum software for repeatedly trying to email without enough posts and ignoring the warnings. He appealed to us and acknowledged the rules, however then made a bunch of one liner posts to get to 50. Staff noticed and knocked him back to 30. What the Staff didn't notice was that when he got to 50 he immediately made that bid.

Bid has been removed. Thanks for speaking up and sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for the prompt attention! No inconvenience at all, completely understand the "perfect storm" that made it possible.
