I only put myself down for the Piedfort Coin, I'm finding a bit ridiculous on the mark ups of these coins. Shipping is slower than ever, why the 50$ mark up on the 5oz or fractional set? Greed? I'm still scratching my head on the candy coin coin, it seems nice but again why the mark up? The price of silver isn't sky rocketing out of control and neither is my salary. It's going to become impossible for the average collector to enjoy buying coins with these steadily price increases and the product in return stays meh.

Quote:Any idea on RCM new release time on October coins for MC? Today? As not Elite MC, didn't try to order yesterday, but yesterday evening received RCM catalog (booklet) with October release. So, felt free to call RCM and ordered the Piedfort that I wanted.

one can conclude from the Piedfort coin that with about 1 to 1.5 million you can commission a coin from the RCM, am I the only one who see something wrong here. sold out before mc release, what's that?

Anyone know what happens if you need to return a coin if its sent direct ship? Do you return it to the PO you ordered from or directly to the warehouse? Just wondering if the PO rep is stuck with the coin if it's returned. Liked it better when you could view the coin at the PO before purchasing...

Called rep, says the coin is unavailable, there was very little allocations to the reps on this coin , a commissioned item as previous mentioned

Shall I add something to hype? The Fractional set already available for all on ebay... Offered for CAD 386 and CAD 399 (Best Offer + free shipping) Do we need to buy some amount? Added: There are pictues there, so I'll not post URL, but check the " jennian2010", and " mlai08" sellers. **so sweet...the Piedfort is also there....

I don't think you return to the PO. The whole point of them doing direct shipping is so they don't keep any of these in their store front or inventory. Chances are, you have to return to the CP. You might want to ask them before making the order. I heard the only way to return it is by not accepting the package.

So I just got off the phone with the mint, The piedfort is not sold out and it will be posted at 4pm. You can always try earlier but that's what I was told. The limit is 1 per household which leads me to believe that it will not be sold out right away. I don't remember if a 1 per house hold has ever sold out before release.
