Site seems completely broken now.

Not to mention web servers that don't seem to be able to handle the volume today...and they forgot about the 20 for 20 Santa but it is the current paper catalogue which many of us have received. And the catalogue said the coins would be available on the website yesterday. Someone is definitely asleep at the wheel on Sussex Dr.

I recently received an emal asking me to review recent purchases. If I said I liked the coins but the customer experience was a little sketchy would they moderate my review? Maybe I'll try this...oh wait, the website has snapped and I can't.

@Commems:
This correct and I remember your post.
That's why I mentioned "this year".
So it seems to be this release in many aspects "RCM's first": * Quantity of enameled coins * Gilded fractional set * $250 fractional set * Gold fractional set with "opposite" Maple Leaf * 2 commissioned coins * First after Superman etc..

After awhile, the Piedfort showed up in my cart along with the 3D Snowman (not sure why that got in there!)...so I placed the the order anyway and got a confirmation number.
Regarding the Murano Candy Cane web order that got messed up, after waiting over an hour and a half on hold and talking to two different people, I was able to place an order for it over the phone.
Received email confirmation on both orders about an hour after that.
The two ladies I spoke with were very nice and friendly, which pleasantly surprised me given that they were probably overwhelmed with volume today!

I did look for $20 for $20 & was surprised it was not list but more of a shock was the spider & web 1/4 oz silver going for $70! The Superman 1/4 oz is still available for $44.75 & I thought that was high price! I did have to cave for SML set.

Two days ago, I was on the mints job posting site,they have 10 vacancies in key areas. They are marketing head, shipping manager, and other areas to deal with marketing and shipping key positions. No wonder the place is a mess, looking for 10 people in these areas. One being the head responsible for overseeing marketing, inventory and shipping functions. They are understaffed and it's showing in customer service! Maybe the price hikes are to cover new employee wages. Just wondering.

Maybe it is time to get rid of my MC rep, he sent me an email this morning saying sorry, piedfort was sold out yesterday at noon. Yet today, there seems to have been quite a few sales... Guess it will be off to the post office.

Got same message this morning by phone with my rep, none available, I guess we spend too much at the RCM.

The RCM site is slow. I am new to coins collecting. May I know what is so special about piedfort SML?
