It's always nice to see the odd 'older' nickel that somehow wasn't shoved into a parking meter. Nice coin.

Yes, I agree, usually these are full of digs and scratches, this one is pretty nice, ...you must remember, this coin is 76 years old...

Yes, I agree, usually these are full of digs and scratches, this one is pretty nice, ...you must remember, this coin is 76 years old...

This is a pretty nice coin with a bit of a mint made planchet flaw (obverse 11 o'clock). Slightly better strike for a 37-42 nickel. If it comes across my grading desk..........easy MS 63

I kinda think that this is a matte finish coin. The fields, while beautiful, don't have the reflectiveness that I would have expected from an ms coin.

I think that it's uncirculated too. Nice fields that are clean. The tail of the beaver is well defined and there doesn't appear to have any wear along the top of the tail.
