After further review I believe both of the coins are from the same die. The angles of the trails on the shield are identical even though the trails from the leaves and arrows are a little weaker. The photos at the links below describe the anomalies which are identical on both coins. The only difference is the fourth link below. There is a flaw on the R in Dollar which is not found on the other coin.

The bar running under the star on the right side reflects the same missing portion of the bar directly underneath the star.

The F and G are the exact same shape and thickness.

This photo is pretty bad but the C and A at the end of AMERICA have the same little nubs. The nub on the C is near the top left part of the C and the nub on the A is extending to the left of the crossbar of the A.

This photo depicts the flaw in the R in DOLLAR which is not found on the other coin. Perhaps it happened after the coin being stamped?

This picture is of both coins side by side.

I copy your image, then crop it to the rims. I square the width/height to the same size.

Then I rotate it 45 degrees and crop again to the rims and make the outsides the same.

I rotate it 45 degrees in the opposite direction (which brings it back to horizontal) and crop one last time.

Turn the image to grayscale to remove the unwanted color, then contrast the image. Then you there.

No idea. I have not seen anyone sell a proof with trails like this.
