Just found this coin, a 1990 p Lincoln Penny,I cant tell if this is Machine Doubling.. looking for your input.

I think it is Mechanical Doubling. perhaps with a clearer picture you can determine what it is. if the numbers are perfectly formed maybe is a ddie, but rather wait for the opinions of experts.

Looks like MD to me, but for future reference photos of the whole coin would help.

I agree, what you are seeing SE of the date toward the rims is from die wear. Plated Lincoln cents tend to produce incuse die wear that shadows the devices on the periphery. There could also be some plating disturbance (puffiness) nearby. Also something common to plated Lincoln cents in the same regions of the coin.
