The lighting is from a lamp. So it's not 100% prefect.

My gut is calling this one a VF details coin. The halos around the lettering can be a sign of cleaning. I'd rather err on the side of caution.

VF 35 details cleaned. Don't like the hairlines on the surfaces without luster... all those hairlines going in the same direction is a red flag.
