It looks like the obverse has been hit pretty hard G6, while the obverse looks around F15. I would say net VG Details, cleaned.

It definitely looks cleaned a while back.

I agree with F-12 net grading, if it wasn't it would be F-15.

surprising I know the obverse does not show vf detail, the reverse is what I think they were focusing on. and I dont know if they thought it was a bad strike. there is a small amount of luster coming from the rims. some rainbow colors I couldnt capture. my photography isn't the greatest but grading simply on the lack of feather and hair detail makes this a tough one

That is a tough one! The obverse looks VG+ and the reverse looks VF+. I could see maybe going VF20 overall but VF30 and CAC approved? I don't know how.

I would pay F12 money for that coin. Still a very tough coin.
I would love to see what NGC would give it.

imo...Sell it immediately and downgrade? to a VF20 with much more eye appeal..
