Has anyone noticed the promotional credits on their ebay invoice? Is this an attempt for them to prove that they aren't as greedy as they really are? Mine are usually multiples higher than my actual fees.

It seems like they offer enough promotions that listing are essentially free anyway. The smallest promo I ever got was 2,013 free listings. The biggest was 1,000,000. Don't know why they don't just officially switch to a free listing model.

They have been running them a lot lately.

I agree they should just switch to free or at least do like 500 to 1000 free listings a month with all the promotions they do. People would still get stores for the discounted rate and the extra listings should offset any loss from listings fees.
