There is no way that this Peace dollar is even close to a MS67.

Im no pro myself at grading but what would you guys say this coin is graded at best?

I think these 4th-5th tier grading companies are a joke.

They exaggerate so much on their grading.

What would you even pay for this coin?

Geesh.
Its all about eye appeal, and this is definately below a 65. As far as I can tell from the pics, and not being able to see the surface of the coin for scratches and such, I'd say it may be a 63-64 or so. It depends how much a grader subtracts for debris on the coin, and two potential carbon dots, one on reverse by DOLLAR, and on Obverse, eye level on Miss Liberty.

Ya I was thinking similar to that as well.

It would be lucky to even make it into Mint State.

I think once you get into MS-65 or higher, eye appeal and a strong strike should be important. This coin has neither of those. An over grade in my opinion.

What is NGP, anyway? I don't think they can be trusted...

AU-50. Don't trust any coin that is certified by anybody but PCGS, NGC, ANACS, ICG.

NGP Nuimismatic grading pros.
OBVIOUSLY NOT.

If they have to put pro in the title.... C'mon.. A slang word is far from professional
