One side of this odd little token/medallion (22 mm) looks like an American winged liberty head dime.
The other looks like a British sovereign with St George as designed by Benedetto Pistrucci.

Please-Help-Identify-This-Medallion-St.-George/Liberty

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I suspect the only connection for those two sides/design of the medallion is they appear on coins.
There is no American cultural significance I can think of.

Yes that is indeed St.George slaying dragon---early version, on many coins I might add........Other side good liberty or messenger......But ,,But the two of them on same coin,,I have never seen or heard of.....that.. sorry I couldn't help...

It's a jewellery piece, fairly crudely copying two coins which were presumably foreign in whatever place it was being sold.
