7TF Pillar of the Community 743 Posts	Posted 11/28/2013 02:15 am What does the reverse look like? Some will call it a Dryer Coin but I have never seen proof of that being how they are made. I have seen a few "struck through capped die" coins that are similar. I am not an expert on these but they sure seem to pop up often enough to be an actual error. coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 11/28/2013 1:26 pm The surface looks like it has been squashed. If this coin the same size as a normal coin? Remind me of what they call a " Texas Cent" where the devices are squeezed between two pieces of leather in a vise. This makes the coin wider, but the plating falls off the obverse of Zincolns.
