Come across the following item. Have no idea if it is a coin or a medal or some fake or other.

Help to idetify this item would be appreciated and also advise if it has some value or not.

Size - east/west axis is 34 mm and north/south is 36 mm.
Weight = 18.2 grams.

I would guess some kind of Portuguese weight. Not a coin.

Sorry, Conder! It is a coin! Specifically, of Portuguese India (Diu mint) under Pedro IV. Made of tin; denomination is probably 20 bazarucos, but hard to tell without the diameter.

As philadephian said but made of zinc. km#58 as to grading? But values in the catalogue are G:$8 VG:$17, F:$33.
