Dialog gvf, was just poking through a box Breton 997 's and seen a Lees 1 off center strike minus the clip. Is this a common occurrence?

It appears that the v in nova has a fairly traumatic repunching or reengraving.

I don't know. I haven't seen enough PE-10-1 (Lees 1) to know whether off-centre is common or not.
Charlton's catalogue pic is slightly off-centre to 12 o-clock, versus mine being more and to 4 o-clock. What is yours?
