If you want to deal with this person via ebay's negative rules you can open a new alias acct today and buy it now for a couple of astrogirls $10 items. Give immediate negatives. Also, crooked people usually don't have the other people living in their house as accomplices. Three AM phone calls will bring the honesty back to the forefront. Your new ebay handle could be "keepingebayclean" or something like that. I used to be CounterfeitCoinBuyer before there was no other way of dealing with China's counterfeit sellers. Astrogirl will hate to have a new negative on his/her feedback! Good luck.

Not that I sell a lot on e-bay but I checked into the history of astrogirl197012 and this person's history through up RED Flags by a few people, not a square shooter it is best to block them from bidding on your items I just did no one needs those kind of dealings money is hard enough to hang on to.

@arianzo - 45 days is the limit for a Paypal/eBay case. Going through the bank bypasses all those limits and checks.

You do have to be careful playing that game tempting as it is. Astrogirl can probably get ebay to wipe out the feedback. And ebay might take action against the leaver of the feedback.

I hadn't read that PayPal covered it when I quickly read through it. My bad.
45 days is the PayPal/eBay limit, but you can do CC chargebacks up to 6 months after I believe.

Someone should buy one or more of her items, pay for them and claim that they never got them. Leave negative feedback and open a claim. She ships for $3, so she clearly isn't shipping with tracking, and.therefore not coveed by paypal or ebay seller protection. It would serve her right.

6 months chargeback from CC? First time I listen that. Up to I knew, It's until you pay for your next statement, aprox. 30 days after you bought the item.

I've been selling on ebay for 3 years now and unfortunately I've had this happen to me twice in those three years. One had feedback as 0 so I should have seen that coming and the other was some Canadian Bills that I sent to Russia (will no longer ship there). On both occasions positive feedback was left by the buyers that the item were received. I had used Paypal to purchase the shipping labels with a tracking number and provided scanned copies to Paypal and reference numbers of my purchase. #1 - Showed item being delivered with a tracking number and I still lost the case. That one ended up costing me $130.00 #2 - Showed bills arriving to Russia but not their final destination (exact address). Lost that case as well and that one cost me $170.00 I don't agree with it at all and thinking about still makes me angry. However I've had over 4000 successful and positive interactions with only these two bad experiences. It's nice to know in my experience the honest and good people far out weight the shady characters. I went to add astrogirl197012 on my blocked list and she was already there. I must have done it after the last thread. Thanks for the warning kuh_85.
