I found this penny that has my birth date. and always verified even though they are not a key date. this particularly caught my attention because it looks smaller than a normal penny. This penny is an off center.

If it were an off center, the reverse would show the same strike off set. It is a MAD coin. (Miss-Aligned-Die) The hammer die is adjustable, the anvil die is stationary. This when the alignment isn't correct, the hammer die makes a coin like yours. Almost a collectable. When the devices fall over the edge, interest is there with a premium. But yours is just a close.

Note on the reverse the weakness of the devices because of the lack of pressure in that area?
