It's a Polish 1/2 grossus from the 1760s. You can even see the 7 and the 6, left and right of the monogram. In this condition, it's not worth much. It's missing most of the detail on the curved edge of the harp and some of the detail on the straight edge. I would expect more detail on the horse's head in XF40. People were punching out the inner core, turning them and trying to sell them as Mint errors. Only problem was that this is impossible as both inner core and outer ring are stamped together.
