The obverse looks like it was struck when there was grease or other debris on the die. The grease fills the recesses on the die, and causes the letters to not form on the coin. Quite common, not really worth anything. The reverse looks like it has split plating doubling. Sometimes the copper plating will stretch and split when the coin is struck, causing the appearance of doubling. It is also quite common and doesn't add any value.
