Top coin is Constantius II. Obverse legend CONSTAN TINOPOLI
Reverse is 2 soldiers either side of a military standard, each resting a hand on a shield.
Other 2, don't know.
You will never soar like an eagle if you hang around with turkeys.....

Third is Roman, a coin of Aelia Flaccilla, wife of Theodosius I.
