It is a Constantius II campgate from Trier. The mintmark is STR(?). It looks like there might be something after the STR, but it might just be a bit of corrosion.

Circa A.D. 326

FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C; laureate, draped and cuirassed bust left.

PROVIDEN-TIAE CAESS; campgate with two turrets, star above.

In exergue STR (?)

Trier mint
