I picked up a VG pre-1950 Jefferson with a 33% reverse die rotation today at my local coin shop. $2.00. It also was one I didn't have. I am a Jefferson and a Lincoln Cent collector in the Atlanta, GA area.
welcome to the forum! Most people are going to want to see pictures :) Me including. Andy why don't you just post the date instead of saying "Pre-1950"
Generally speaking die rotation doesn't start to become important to a coin's value until it is 90° or more. But there are always exceptions particularly with newer coins. The Mint supposedly figured out how to prevent that.
