persistnt Pillar of the Community Canada 726 Posts	Posted 03/16/2014 7:59 pm I read about them and have some in my collection...really only in to them about 6 months and now nothing.....even back then no real MS ones,,,,,,Fine closer.....I like your coins there CAddict...I did think that 1900 and up more plentyful and cheaper than 1800's....1900 to 1920's would be an easier collection... mysilveryears Pillar of the Community United States 1888 Posts	Posted 03/20/2014 3:01 pm I'm slowly building a date/mm set from coins I pick up in random non-USA-coin auction and estate sales lots. These coppers are pretty common 'down here' but seldom are they high grade. Price is typically a dollar each or less. Have yet to find 1858. :( Photo shows the most recent group pick-up. Total I own now is probably somewhere around 100. Varieties? You mean to say there are varieties of these? Report this Post to the Staff

I keep a couple in my main book just to show people, but the ones that are "worth" the most, are just black, dirty coins to me. I much prefer the early silver too. Report this Post to the Staff
