The pictures on all your threads are much too small to tell.

I am just not seeing it, maybe it is the pictures. There might be a split in the northwest part of the seven and the southwest part of the nine. Coppercoins does not list anything for a 1973 S.

Jeremy730: Here is a closer look at a normal coin and a doubled die side by side. See if this helps you? This one is a 1973-plain. But the hub doubling should look similar if it is a doubled die. Note the spread on the images. (The separation between the two hubbings.

does the device your shooting pics with have a MACRO setting? Its usually defined by a flower, or called close up mode.
That would help out for the pics. If you zoom in, try to stay close, but nothing more than 2.0x power

so whats the verdict? 1973 "s" DDO? Trying to get some solid pics but I think it is, it matches some of your pics coop, not all exactly but the 1973 matches almost exact and I can see it really good in God its like a G over a G and a O over a O and a D over a D, some double dies are really hard to see, anyone know what class would this be since its like right over top each other? and if its the only one found thus far it makes it very valuable right? Discovery coin? its in really good condition, opinions anyone? what ya think coop?
